How would we even be able to tell if the average local had a degenerative brain disease caused by Mad Cow beef?

The average rube in this cornfed brain dead town knows more MMA fighters than Supreme Court justices.

  6. They won't identify the Kansas City restaurant that got the possibly tainted beef?

Good Christ, how irresponsible can things get around here?

Read the KC Star restaurant inspection reports. Frequently they mention meat stored in coolers in a way that allows juices to drip onto other foods.

That means the chicken or veggies (or whatever) you order can be contaminated by its proximity to infected beef. Sloppy food handling is not a rarity, the inspection reports indicate.

Guess I won't be eating in any KC restaurants until this mess is cleared up via responsible public information.
