I doubt the KCPD will work very hard on this unless its all north of the river. They wouldn't be enough jails to hold everyone.
ReplyDeleteKCPD needs to enforce all laws including excessive noise from trucks and motorcycles. Not just pick out some laws and ignore others.

KCPD enforces laws according to how much profit is available. When a lot of people don't have drivers licenses, their cars aren't licensed or may be stolen and they have outstanding warrants there is simply no profit. Too much time and those they catch will never pay the tickets. So look for an area with ridiculously low speed limits with a nice autos driven by a suburbanite.
