KCPD is reporting that spray-paint vandals have quickly defaced a just completed mural on 39th Street. Let's learn the details from our on-the-scene reporter Lupita Enrique Chimichangas:
Lupita: Thanks Jonathan! That's right, I'm here on 39th Street examining the defaced mural that now shows a character wearing a shirt that reads "I 'heart' 69"!! Police are puzzled as to the vandals motive, and seem tongue-tied as to who would do such a thing. Back to you in the studio. Lupita Enrique Chimichangas working for you!
