Ken McClain represents the Bruno family. McClain said the new video shows Officer Hubbard using excessive force.
"It shows that he (the officer) ran across the street and tackled him," McClain noted in describing the video.
It's video Stephanie and McClain believe proves that Anthony Bruno had no alternative but to fight for his life.
41 Action News obtained the new video from Kansas City Police Department. The video, not yet shown to the public, is grainy, but shows Anthony Bruno in a white shirt, and the uniformed Officer Hubbard meet and immediately lock in a struggle.
"Anthony is being subjected to extremely aggressive, unlawful force." McClain explained, "The officer, security guard, intercepts him and begins to hit him...”
“Anthony is being hit ... before the video tape the general public has seen begins," McClain continued.

She probably didn't file the marriage certificate so she isn't getting the life insurance. She has to go to trial to get the life insurance and widow benefits. Also, why was a lawyer hooking up with a fireman? That sounds like she is marrying down. She isn't a very likeable person, but most lawyers aren't likeable at all, so no big deal there. She is a nice looking lady, and could have married someone more of her status. She could have married someone better looking.
There has to be more to this story. A very special day made sad because of alcohol and lack of a wedding planner.
Very very odd. I'm still not sure we have all the details. Someone is hiding something. I bet there is another tape of the incident that gives more insight into the scuffle.
No one knows what happened because probably the cabbie was on something, the bride was drunk and acting like snookie/princess and the groom was probably still hung over from the night before and then drank on top of that. No one remembers anything when there is all that substance involved. The widow reminds me of snookie. Sorry, had to say it.
I would just leave this alone before the cabbie lawyers up and goes after the widow's pay day.........

the cops were laughing about how to cover it up. it is on the KC Marriot security camera audio clear as day. There are two audio cameras and one faces south side front building. It hasnt come out yet but there were copies retained.
