KCTV5 offers more evidence that typical Springtime weather conditions are creating havoc on local streets thanks to Mayor Sly's Infrastructure neglect: "With all the rain that's drenched the metro this week there's a concern one Kansas City street won't hold up and the concern only grows with more rain on the way."
