There are already numerous groups and organizations in the metro that address this very issue.
ReplyDeleteBut nobody can work together because they all have to protect their "funding".
And the kids lose.
After more than 20 years of existence, they finally realize that counseling services are needed. At this pace, they may realize the other dysfunction of crime. What a worthless organization. This group is a sham. The more than 20 year lapse shows its effectiveness as an organization. Close the doors.
