  3. Just the latest folks with big dreams and no money, and after they find out that no one else is going to pony up much of anything, they'll be at city hall explaining that it's really a public responsibility to save a building they've decided is so important.
    And who knows? The clowncil may be rolled into coughing up the cash so that 18th and Vine can get "its fair share". They haven't blown anywhere near enough down there already!
