Even More 18th & Vine Castle Celebration

Still more hype for 18th & Vine District that's never going to happen . . . In fairness, a bit of private capital is a welcomed change: A crumbling fortress on Vine might be ground zero for a renewed Jazz District

yeah, right. They can't even support a single club in the city without it erupting in violence. NO thanks white people have lots of places to see jazz.

Just the latest folks with big dreams and no money, and after they find out that no one else is going to pony up much of anything, they'll be at city hall explaining that it's really a public responsibility to save a building they've decided is so important.
And who knows? The clowncil may be rolled into coughing up the cash so that 18th and Vine can get "its fair share". They haven't blown anywhere near enough down there already!

Let me guess, the Urban Summit folks have beat a path to these unsuspecting folks door and now they're part of the solution. Urban Summit is very dangerous and the average person wouldn't recognize antisocial behavior if it peed on their face.
