Right now check out his latest comic that clowns a tragic Kansas City Public School blighting situation . . .

And then . . .

EL BRYAN IS HELPING TO ORGANIZE THACHER-A-THON WHICH HOPES TO SAVE A HISTORIC NORTHEAST KANSAS CITY SCHOOL!!!

Here's the note:

THACHER-A-THON

Bring your friends and neighbors. Bring your parents and kids. Bring your pets! Bring your walking shoes, bicycles, wagons, strollers, roller skates, or stilts! And join us as we raise money and awareness for our effort to Save Thacher from demolition.

On Saturday, June 28, at 9:AM, we will meet at the corner of Independence Ave and Chelsea Ave to walk the sidewalk perimeter of Northeast High, Northeast Middle, and Thacher. On our route, we will be surveying the sidewalks, picking up trash, handing out water, and showing our support for one of the oldest and most historic structures on Independence Ave. You might even meet some Thacher Alumni and learn the interesting history of the old school building. Donations will be accepted, and every participant will get a Save Thacher bracelet! This event is for people (and animals) of all ages, shapes, and sizes! See you there!

  1. Mr. El Bryan goes out on a "wing" to poke fun at NE soccer mania, and scores a goal!

Now, as for Margaret "Thacher"....I'm sorry to report that she died last year, so there'll be no saving her.

  5. Even the pope doesn't have enough money to save all the derelict buildings in KCMO. Tear it down.

  6. This is bordering on fraud considering if every resident of the historical Northeast showed up and put 1000 US dollars into a jar they still wouldn't have even 20% of the money needed for the project.
