Sharp almost single-handedly ruined MAST when he was executive director and now he comes rushing in to save what's nothing more than another city jobs program handout.
No performance standards or accountability, just like the rest of the KCMO city operations.
When will the taxpayers finally get tired of paying for nothing?

624, truth.

He might be doing this to garner favor with the Fire Department, then fold up behind the scenes.

You can be sure that there is something in it for ol Stub Hub Sharp.

Let the pros do the billing and collections. Do you really think that City employees are efficient at collecting unpaid bills from ambulance free riders? Come on people, let's move on to more important issues.
