Dear TKC,
I wonder why dead-tree and other media ignore crime in Kansas City, Kansas. Not that KCK is a destination for shopping outside the Legends.
Over the weekend somebody fired a large-calibre shell into a 10th storey window in a prominent building near the Department of Family Services. The KCK police seem profoundly uninterested. But not as uninterested as the dead-tree Press.
