Tragic news from Westport this morning along with a bit of a public safety warning and reminder to look out for often reckless Midtown Kansas City Traffic:
Fox4: "Witnesses say the man in his late 20s staggered into the street near 42nd and Pennsylvania and fell down after being involved in a fight. A car ran over him and dragged him in the undercarriage as he made a turn onto Broadway."
KSHB: Man hit by car, dragged 2 blocks in Westport
KMBC: Driver in custody after man hit by car in Midtown
Dude is, obviously, in bad shape and we're not sure if this counts as a vehicular homicide.
Developing . . .
Damnit Jimmy get out from under that car

White guy (human) gets assaulted with a vehicle, driven by a nigger (non-human) and the nigger gets away with a traffic citation. Hey, is this a great country, or what?
ReplyDeleteWestport is hazardous to white health until we take back the neighborhood.
ReplyDeletestupid is as stupid does.
ReplyDeleteEveryone involved in this was white, Caucasian, whatever.
ReplyDeleteIt was another police chase, right?
ReplyDeleteCity Council needs to rename it the Baghdad District.
ReplyDeleteFACT!:
ReplyDeleteNo one was EVAR killed by a car in the suburbs.
Was this caught on one of them there red light cameras?

Shame on some of you for making such horrible comments. This was my best friend. The news doesn't even tell what actually happened! A man was riding his bike obnoxiously, my friend made a comment to the guy. My friend and his buddy continued to walk to his car. The man on the bike actually ended up sucker punching my friend and knocked him out. He didn't even see it coming. I dont know if any of you have ever been knocked out before but, it completely disorents you and when my friend came to he tried to stand up, stumbled and fell down in the street. Thats when the car came around a corner and dragged him. He was a very kind and level headed guy that wouldn't hurt a fly. I know people always say things like this when someone dies but, he truly was a wonderful friend, brother, and son. Any time any one was around him you were laughing. He did not deserve what happened to him AT ALL! We are all devastated by what has happened. He would do anything he could for any one of his friends. I'm shaking as im typing this because, some of you should think about the crappy things you say before you know the whole story. You can have your opinions. I just couldn't stand to see the cold hearted comments. I hope this never happens to anyone you know! His passing has hurt so many. It was an unfortunate chain of events. Also, he was not a brawler I've known him for 10 years and he was not a violent person. He was the type that would break up a fight, not start one!
