So the story is, 217 million dollars is in the taxpayers hands and not the government's hands?
ReplyDelete5:57 how is that good? The state's credit rating is somewhere lower than those who use payday loans. Hundreds of disabled are dying for lack of medical care, no expansion of medicaid which would have resulted in the expansion of medical jobs, high paying ones. At one time Kansas had a decent education reputation, now we are right there with Mississippi and such, low graduation, high drop out, heavy meth style drug use in the hinterlands. Smart kids with no future in hate state leave, and the hinterlands are dying as a result of the hate.
