KSHB: Four separate shootings in Kansas City, Mo., Saturday night and Sunday morning. All four incidents happened in a two hour timeframe.
And while we hope the murder count stays low . . . We can't help but notice the rising rate of local violence as the weather FINALLY gets warmer.
