TKC EXCLUSIVE AND BREAKING NEWS!!! AFTER KANSAS CITY TRIPLE MURDER WEEKEND TOP ECHELON INSIDERS WARN OF 2ND QUARTER LOCAL HOMICIDE SPIKE!!!

The myth of progress in reducing the number of Kansas City homicides is slowly and horrifically being pealed away with a recent uptick in the local murder count.

Accordingly . . .

RIGHT NOW KANSAS CITY IS RECOVERING FROM A TRIPLE MURDER WEEKEND NOBODY REALLY WANTS TO DISCUSS!!!

Here's a round-up of the weekend carnage in KCMO . . .

This is important because earlier in the year the newspaper was on a blitz about the murder rate back when the stats were much more optimistic. In reality, most KICK-ASS KANSAS CITY INSIDERS suspect that Dead Tree Media murder count ranting was really nothing more than a veiled attack against the City Council and Police Chief in support of Mayor Sly's push for local control of police in order to get control over pensions. In short, it was just another political hack move from columnists trying to support their connections. There's one (maybe two) talented crime reporters still working @ The Star and it's worth noting that all of the murder rate content was mostly editorial content.

Anyhoo . . .

More important than yet another power play move by the Mayor or debates over vocabulary and proper use of the word "thug" in the current American lexicon . . .

TOP ECHELON INSIDERS WARN AGAINST A KANSAS CITY 2ND QUARTER HOMICIDE SPIKE THAT MIGHT ALREADY BE UNDERWAY!!!

For a lot of reasons including the economic recovery that isn't happening in the urban core . . . Locals are seemingly getting more desperate and even more opportunities for violence amid warm weather public gatherings await in the very near future.

Right now, after an exceptionally cold and extended winter, the Kansas City homicide count stands @ 18 so far this year compared with 26 at this time last year.

This is just an angry little town hiding behind a phony smile...while wondering where you went to high school, what neighborhood you live in and just what social clique you might fit in.

  8. Ok, this is ALL about niggers. Got it?? No shit, niggers destroy, corrupt, steal, rape and generally are the base cause of most human misery. Yes, there's always a nigger in the woodpile at a crime scene.

  9. It takes "high echelon insiders" to foretell higher murder rates by black people once it warms up? Will this same soothsayer please tell me the winning Powerball numbers?

  11. Just one warm weekend, possible this weekend, and the porch monkeys will get to .500. Dr. Ernest has some statistics to support this I would assume.

Me, I just keep buying ammo. Mr. Glock will protect his circle, fear not friends.

  13. I'll tell you this, ain't no night hoops or mayor's pizza party going to solve this problem. We need action and not just a mayor who blames lawful gun owners for the problems.

Dear Mr. Glock: Well, since you asked, here are what I see as the relevant stats: By my count (it is hard to get accurate crime stats given how mixed up the city's website is!!) we stand at 19 homicides for 2014 compared to 26 at this time in 2013. Now, in the bitterly cold Jan.-Feb. 2014 we had 9 homicides--compared to 19 in this period in 2013. Bottom line: Since March 1, 2014 with the return of warmer weather we have had 10 homicides, compared to 7 in that time period in 2013. Around the country, there seems to be a pattern similar to KCMO's emerging: In Jan.-Feb. 2014 drops in homicide totals, with a big surge since March 1, 2014. So, KCMO homicide problems could be part of a national trend. In Christ, Ernest Evans
