ReplyDeleteCan't nothing clean up Jean Peters Baker. She did nothing about Tindall. Saying she was "waiting" for direction from the courts? What? She did not have a similar lawsuit in the pipeline at the time, she did not file an Amicus Curiae regarding the Herschel Young suit. NOTHING.
Mr. Tony, the citizens of Jackson County did the job of the elected officials.
JEAN BAKER SAT ON HER HANDS. AS did Mike Sanders and JUDGE KANATZAR.
The Tindall ouster is not a bastard child. It is owned solely by the citizens who petitioned outside help, stayed with the process and one went even farther and put his name to a lawsuit.
Today is a tricky day. Who is watching over Tindall now as he takes a long exit from the building? I do not trust that man. He may want to do his own file cleaning of government documents.
Ms. Baker, good luck, dear, running for a Committee Woman seat.
Maybe you and Mike Sanders can find some small store front and hang up a shingle.

ReplyDeleteWhat can be gained after Tindall has spent 21 years in office with no recourse. The political fallout over this spans generations for allowing it to carry on. Those guilty of allowing a convicted felon to hold office spans back to at least 2005, if not the 1993; so every JaxCo prosecutor, Secretary of State, Missouri Attorney General, Ethics Commission also violated the law. And isn't that how corruption works? This is not a political victory for anyone currently in office; more of a "cover my ass" action. It could also be seen as a cover up. No political capital is gained from this situation. It really exposes the rest of the crooks at JaxCo. Time to walk a few more out the door.
The real hero is Zach who filed the papers to have Tindall removed. He gains all the glory from this situation. Mean Jean and Skippy ought to be disbarred effective immediately.
And why is Mr. Tindall getting another two months to hold that seat?

Do they certify his application? HELL YES. Does the Secretary of State Certify the election? HELL YES! Incredibly the numb nuts find out he is a felon. Do they kick him out of office? HELL NO he quit. Do they Prosecute? HELL NO! Thank God the felon, for one, saves us 'cause non of these other ass holes professing integrity seems to have a clue. .....we need protection from terrorists?????

ReplyDelete+1 12:20 PM Very good dialogue on this one. Most of the comments here are on point. Terrorism is a good description of what has taken place, here. Tindall is a terrorist. He has no support in his community; only Freedom, Inc. About 4,000 of the Freedom, Inc. members consistently vote in elections and apparently that's all that is needed to win in districts like Tindalls. If you'll recall the last City Council elections; most candidates didn't claim more than about 4,000. So, the usual suspects have taken full advantage of the apathy in their respective districts and this is the result. No winners here. This may will likely draw a pension from taxpayers for the rest of his life.
ReplyDeleteSomebody ought to petition to have the pension revoked. Tindall could sue the state for failing to catch his unlawful acts but this is the order the litigation should go.
If any of these politicans want to make amends, this would be a good start.
Do Demorat Party women get uglier and uglier. Take a look at the fucking ugly Demo activist who works for the teachers union: Kim Clause. She put up a new picture on her Facebook page for National Sibling Day that not even the Bureau of Motor Vehicles would use on a drivers license. All that worrying about how to get successful people to pay for poor peoples failure and chasing after Nigger Bucks just makes liberal chicks look tired and ugly.

Say what you want, but good ole "bishop" Tindall will still receive a pension of more than you make. And, there ain't fucking thing you can do about it. Nigger be eaten good from here on out!
