    Hello Tony, if it's the same accident you are referring to, I witnessed that accident (small red car) and the poor lady was dodging tire trash and over corrected. She was injured when she smashed into the barrier on the south side of 470 (under the overpass). The car was trashed but I don't remember bullet holes, just holes from scraping down the concrete barrier.
