Missouri House endorses legislation targeting United Nations agreement

Gov. Jay Nixon vetoed the same legislation last year. The Senate approved a veto override, but the effort fell short of the necessary two-thirds majority in the House.

Of all the things the Missouri Legislature needs to be doing, this is at the top of the list? Jesus this place is looking more and more like 1960's Georgia.

I know, I know, let's be like Kansas! Cut taxes, cut taxes cut taxes...oh, and let's find a way to get for profit schools. Maybe by fucking with those stupid teachers. Say we take away their tenure so we can fire them when ever they don't give my kid all A's...and do away with their pensions, that way no one will want to be a teacher in the first place.
Yeah, that's the ticket!

That's also the bad news.
KCMO: the innovation capital of the country.
Fantasyland on the Missouri.
