KMBC: A 7-year-old girl was killed on Wednesday night when the vehicle she was riding in was struck by a vehicle involved in a chase with Kansas City, Kan., Police.

ReplyDeletestopped for a "seat belt" violation. Hmmm... a crime against the STATE, not a crime with a real victim, leads to another deadly pursuit. T-rone was probably a criminal, but no need for police to risk lives over a crime against the STATE. Thats the thing about criminals, they aren't very smart, so they tend to make mistakes. The police didn't HAVE to get him that night for the crime against the STATE because they will have another opportunity later.
