By putting the "chilluns" spin onto the story, there's a much better chance of getting a donation fund set up at the nearest bank or credit union. This will be the new normal. Every thug shooting will traumatize hoodrats in the area who will need donation funds, pizza parties and midnight "bassaball" to recover.
