  3. There are now fewer and fewer jobs for folks win 70 to 90 IQ.

At some point they will have to be weeded out, or geneticaly enhanced. At this point, the lack of ambition, entitlement and atavistic instincts lead to mass incarceration of human Pit Bulls not fit for society.

  5. Be interesting to see if these allegations have any truth to them. If nothing else, it gives the minimum wage lackeys more ammunition for their assault upon capitalism

Interesting enough, a recent study in Europe showed that the countries with a government-mandated minimum wage also had the highest levels of unemployment...duh!

I hope they do offer a higher wage then smarter people will take the jobs and the idiots who protested themselves out of a job can go mow lawns.

  8. Someone needs to explain to the libtards and the "occupy" crowd that once a person "earns" something, then the are entitled to it. Simply yelling and demanding entitles you to nothing except embarrassment.

  9. Agree, 10:11. When someone works a certain number of hours, they are entitled to be paid for those hours. The issue here is some employers are cheating them out of pay they earned by altering their time cards and misclassifying them as "managers." Is this really that difficult to understand?

  11. 10:33, there is no evidence at all that failure to pay for hours actually worked is a widespread problem. These SEIU flunkies are only using that as an excuseto publicize their masters' income inequality campaign theme.

  13. Wage theft has been going on for decades. It just doesn't happen in fast food. It permeates retail operations like Walmart, Kmart and Sears. It is common with shippers like UPS. It happens frequently in the retail, hospitality and service business and is rampant at KC'c crown jewel H&R Block.

The federal government is not only aware opf this practice you will have to look long and hard to find a single case where the government enforced the law. It seldom enforces overtone laws and near never institutes a single action to insure women are paid equally to me in same job scenarios.

If the burger flippers think Barrack baby is on their side then why has he NEVER made a speech warning employers of potential action by the government? Because there is never going to be any action by those crooked bastards in Washington. Doesn't matter if they are Republicans or Democrats it is better for a politician to whine about internet sales tax then collect billions upon billions in payroll taxes from those who have been cheated out of wages by American Corporations.

  14. In related news, members of Congress are complaining that they can't afford to live on their current $174,000 annual salary! Expect a vote soon.

  15. 12:19's got it right. I worked for a major company that once paid overtime. One day the boss said, "If I pay someone to do a job and that job takes 12 hours a day to do, why should I pay overtime?" We all know some people are more efficient than others, so I wondered what would happen if he paid me to do a job and that job only took me 4 hours a day to do. You know damn well what would happen. I WOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN MORE WORK. This shit does not work both ways.

  16. McDonalds Corporate will not hire known "HIPSTERS". They stated in a press release that "HIPSTERS" were known to be lazy, unskilled, crybabies with funny hats and not very smart.

  17. Maybe all those professional athletes will take a cut in pay and share $$$$

  18. It's really a shame to see these status quo big union rallies still exploiting the hopes of low income workers with the promise of raising the minimum wage. How many more decades will this continue before people realize what a scam this is? How much is the organizer making for this exploitation? What's his name again?
