KC housing authority emerges from 20 years of receivership
Just a few deets:
"On Monday, the federal court entered an order that will end receivership on Thursday. One of the largest providers of affordable housing in Kansas City and Missouri, the Housing Authority of Kansas City will return to full local control."
Nothing good can come of this . . . For those who don't have a construction company with local political connections.
