Westport Gusto Slapfight Continues

Pitch covers a legal back and forth: "We believe many of the allegations are without factual and legal basis," says Richard Rhyne, a Lathrop & Gage lawyer hired by Philipp Vitti to beat back Saxton's claims in federal court. And Vitti has filed a lawsuit against Saxton that alleges, among many things, that the lawyer used Gusto Lounge's former location, at 38th Street and Broadway, as a place to snort cocaine . . ."

Vitti is a scumbag. That dude used to do mad shady shit at all of his failed businesses.

So Rhyne is the perfect advocate for Vitti.

Wrong place wrong time. So what are they trying to say that everywhere you go everyone is not going to be like everyone else. Kansas City needs to get over themselves, it seems as if they have nothing else better to do except talk bad.

Someone in the bar business is mad at someone else in the bar business. Fascinating.
