ReplyDeleteSame ones who proclaim their 2nd Amendment Rights don't have a clue about the supremacy clause.
ReplyDeleteOf course, they could not tell you 3 of the other Bill of Rights, or the composition of Congress.
But they know that 2nd Amendment because Wayne LaPierre explains it for them.
the same people who claim to know the supremacy clause forget the final line, "anything in the constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding." They also seem to forget the 10th Amendment, amending the supremacy clause "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
