Kansas City still paying for Citadel... that was the point. Otherwise these politicians, developers and hangers on are unemployable.

ReplyDeleteIf you tried to make a complete list of all the grandiose KCMO eco devo projects that have never paid off and never will, but will cost the taxpayers money forever, it would be very very long.
ReplyDeleteUpside down TIFs, parking garages for companies that moved away, loans to trolley fiascos, and on and on.
The streetcar is well on its way to becoming the latest financial sucking chest wound.
