KANSAS CITY SPRING SNOW SUNDAY

It's Spring Again in Kansas City and the weather is still acting weird.

WE'RE WAKING UP TO A NOT-SO-INSIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL THIS MORNING IN KANSAS CITY!!!

Sadly, that means . . .

- Dangerous Streets . . . Accidents have already started . . . I-70 already a mess . . . Which means neighborhood streets are a nightmare.

- Not a sign of snow removal from City Hall

- A bevy of potholes as soon as it clears up.

If Mayor Sly wasn't hiding behind a group of high school students it would be nice to ask him how this winter has DESTROYED his mystique as an effective manager or somebody who understands how local services . . . Or don't . . .

At least the murders will be down.

  2. No need for snow removal--it would be a monumental waste of effort and MONEY to get equipment and men out for a mere dusting of snow. It will melt soon enough.

  3. Toro Trubador, I agree with you that Mayor James has been a epic failure with anything City Servces related. Keep the taco sauce on his ass.

  4. I'm not sure about the rest of the city, but either we didn't get enough snow to stick to the streets in Waldo or the city did one hell of a job. I suspect the former.

  5. They plowed my street early this morning. But it wasn't from this "trace of snow" last night. It was from the storm 4 weeks ago. Waldo gets street service upgrades.

  6. Maybe we ought to vote Mayor James father of the year. One son dies and does not mention him in his obituary and the other son failed even as a criminal.

  7. Sly is a narcissist.

  8. Sly is only human. Cut him some slack. His kids are grown.
