I wish someone in the media would ask Steve how much he is offering the city for Kemper. The answer is $1.00. He admitted to Channel 4 on air that he has no economic research for how this plan would be profitable. He expected the City to pay for the research to validate his plan. Someone needs to tell these guys they aren't in St. Joe anymore.
ReplyDeleteHow much did Cordish pay the City of KC for the nine blocks of real estate they now own?
ReplyDeleteNeed a top, or versatile Son looking to bust a nut, get his ass eaten.. cock, deep throat, 69, etc.
ReplyDeleteI am betting Cordish paid very little. How has that worked out for us?
