It's hard to trust anything from a bouncer vs. a corporate club owner . . . The only thing we know for sure is that racial tension persists in Kansas City's Downtown entertainment district along with a seemingly permanent "Jersey Shore" vibe, $9 beers AND MILLIONS WASTED IN CITY HALL SUBSIDY.
