Today is the start of a Catholic celebration in Kansas City which is also claimed by hipsters, jazz enthusiasts and many other degenerates. Accordingly, City Hall celebrates today with an updated avatar take on the new Kansas City logo. It's nice and not too much different from and LGBTQI pride symbol which would also be somewhat appropriate for this day dedicated to decadence.THE KANSAS CITY MARDI GRAS CELEBRATION HAS BEEN GOING STRONG SINCE THURSDAY BUT WE'LL TRY TO HAVE FUN WITH IT TODAY AS WELL!!!
Again, it's always odd that so many locals cling to this party that has its roots in Catholic tradition but it's not big deal if cowtown good times featuring horrible frozen seafood are far more crowded than any Kansas City Church Mass or collection plate.
