ReplyDeleteI've been a BBQ fan for decades and have eaten at many BBQ restaurants in the KC metro area, but that plate of ribs in the photo is pretty sad. I don't know which venue provided that, but there are MANY places serving ribs A LOT MORE TANTALIZING than that sad sight.
BB's Lawnside does the best slab of ribs in town.
