OK let me get this straight. We have 1200 Officer positions at KCPD. In a strategic move we are going to temporarily reassign 40 officers to go after crime in the most deadly and crime infested part of the city and THAT deserves a headline? In any other town that bullshit would be called, "Lip Service" Quit bullshitting around chief and put some god damn boots on the ground and clean up this shithole town.
