The Johnson County good life means doing better than everybody else in every way possible.
Another example:
KC Biz Journal: JoCo adds another bragging right: Healthiest county in the state
KCTV5: Johnson County ranked best, Wyandotte County worst in health
KSHB: The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation analyzes records from nearly every county in the country and ranks them within their state. It looks at 29 factors ranging from smoking and obesity to transportation and housing.
JoCo is a towering giant in Oz.
ReplyDeleteBut they still suffer from low-density and aren't even wasting money on a streetcar. And their arts scene is just a big-boobed statue in a park.
ReplyDeleteDowntown is where everyone wants to be, so put on your bow tie and red sneakers and move into a loft so you too can experience the excitement of poor schools, broken water mains, muggings, and fake entertainment districts.
And, by the way, since KCMO provides all the amenities, the least those JoCo leeches could do is to send a few hundred million to Sly and the gang.
Looks like they might be a little short.
I prefer the northland platte county has a far better quality of life

ReplyDeleteI would have to vote for Stilwell/south Leawood. Its really nice. We can go downtown whenever we need to buy tickets to see something. Under normal circumstances the Plaza has always been nice for dining out. That is starting to change, but we will see how this spring and summer goes.
ReplyDeleteLeawood has great parks, police and fire, schools, trails, churches, and roads. Did I mention the snow removal and yoga moms?
o'er the land of theiiiiifffff

KCK is listed on the bottom (again)of this list. Holland and Annie plan to move on up to JOCO's position by building more grocery stores. No worries JOCO, you're position is safe. Pork rinds on every corner and two chickens in every pot make a healthy city.
ReplyDeleteHigh stress levels of living in a corrupt and hopeless city, we're number one.
Forgot to mention two grocery stores are being built on a toxic waste dump.
The EPA moved to JOCO for a reason.
Hot mommies. Yoga pants. JoCo is the Marin County of the Corn Belt ... except too many churches.
ReplyDeleteHot mommies running in yoga pants down mission rd and around the neighborhoods. Great eye candy!
ReplyDeleteWho is this babe, TKC? Anyone?
ReplyDeleteOh,she's my old lady. Tony paid me good for the pics ..she is a babe, ain't she
ReplyDeleteShe's just a normal Leawood mom. Amazing what a bath and a toothbrush can do for you.
ReplyDeleteJust another reason why JoCo is where it's at as long as you can afford it!
ReplyDeleteIf JOCO had a mandatory HIV/AIDS testing event I am sure the results would not surprise the hookers in Wyandotte and Jackson Co.
