CELEBRATE!!! MISSOURI IS NO LONGER THE METH CAPITAL OF THE WORLD!!!

Recent drug war news represents and important bit of progress for Missouri and maybe the only sign that our quotient of local misery might be declining.

Sadly, I've been trying to watch all of the old Breaking Bad episodes after starting with the season finale and this makes it just a tad less interesting . . .

However, here's the good news that locals have yet to highlight . . .

NY Daily News: Indiana, Tennessee topple Missouri for most meth-related incidents

New data from the Drug Enforcement Agency shows lower numbers for Missouri, which has reigned as a top methamphetamine state for about a decade.

A few things . . .

- Never underestimate the power of Show-Me state junkies to rally, especially white people on drugs . . . They tend to have some strange super strength.

- Like it or not, Meth Town near the KCMO border is still the crystal capital of the state.

- We'll see if these numbers hold up amid warmer weather copper stealing season.

Nevertheless, I'm sure some local politico is bound to take credit for this simple result of supply and demand . . .

  1. Actually it's the black sherm-heads on PCP that have the super-human strength. They also drive their cars badly and hurt or kill people like Rodney King or the black guy on 71 HWY a while back that killed those people.

  2. Bullshit. Nothing bad happens in highways. That's where cars are and cars are good CK only wants cars err body live them.

  3. That kind of satire really only works if the actual arguments against the streetcar are silly and nonsensical.
They aren't, and that makes you look like an idiot.
