Buzzword Redux: Remember The Old School Kansas City Hallmark Creative Class

Thanks to an AWESOME TKC READER for reminding us about old school buzzwords recycled and re-purposed for new talking points: The vision of one man a century ago spawned a creative class that continues to set Kansas City apart today. But the Hallmark influence was just the start of something much bigger.

And given that the Internets is killing Hallmark . . . This reminder of an old school term should tell us about the short-sighted vision of our current political leadership.
