THERE'S WORD OF ANOTHER HUGE VICTORY TODAY FOR THE DOWNTOWN JIMMY JOHN'S DRIVE-THRU . . . TKC TIPSTERS TELL US THE CITY PLAN COMMISSION RECENTLY GAVE THEIR APPROVAL!!!
City Hall couldn't really come to a decision on this one so they punted it back to the Plan Commission with the hope that opposition would lose interest. Now this decision has been served up mostly off-record . . .

Her total lack of experience combined with sheer incompetence compounds the development problem in Kansas City. It only took a few dollars to buy the City Plan Commissioners off. Who's paying attention? Nobody. That's why this passed unanimously.

Especially when the primary qualifications are who you know and that you'll vote the right way.
The town can't even find 13 people to get elected and actually spend some time on municipal government issues.

Planning Commissioners are NOT supposed to be professional urban planners you dipshits. They are supposed to be lay people who add the lay persons sense of reason to the land use process.
