KC is constantly traveling around the country to see what and how other governments are doing, but each time they bring some bright shiny new thing to town it fails.
ReplyDeleteAnd it fails because there's no elected or appointed folks locally who can manage much of anything or actually hold the people getting paid to have any results.
It's like a group of people buying airplanes because they want to travel, but none of them are pilots.
Spend the money, make the announcements, roll out the great new idea that worked somewhere else, and watch it sit there and fail.
World class.
