KMBC reports Kansas City crime and irresponsible guardians taking their toll on the innocent again: Police say a man who was running from police with a baby in his arms dropped the child during the pursuit.

Well this is obviously the Police's fault. If they hadn't chased him then he wouldn't have dropped the baby.
