ReplyDeleteI thought the metro was supposed to be the innovation and tech capital of the country by now.
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing how easily the political class in the metro can be stampeded into something by all these out of town experts.
First Aim4Peace; then Google fiber; then the streetcar; then a $12 million contract to try to show employees how to run a water department.
KC has a national reputation all right and it's as a small town where the elected folks are clueless and always looking for the next bright shiny new thing.
But anyone else with something to sell had better hurry to town. KC's almost out of money.
