KANSAS CITY AIRPORT TALK TONIGHT!!!

Here's a preview of an important discussion of Kansas City's Airport plans this evening . . .

Policy Presentation: A Public Discussion About Kansas City International Airport

"The Kansas City Aviation Department has proposed building a new terminal at Kansas City International Airport (MCI) that could cost $1.2 billion or more. While the city has attempted to collect information on the project independently, most of the data comes from the very people who support the project. In this discussion, the Show-Me Institute will share the results of its own research on the costs, challenges, and likely results of such an endeavor."

For a presentation of facts that aren't just media spin in return for favors from politicos . . . This is a good place to learn quite a bit and maybe even talk to some of the folks who helped secure a PUBLIC VOTE on future Kansas City airport schemes.

The problem with the airport is where it is in KC. Same thing with the sports complex. Why on earth are the stadiums all the way in dirty independence!

Put the new stadium out by the horse stables in Platte County.

Fuck, this is just the hype before the fight. The lines are drawn, the public is through talking. The only question is who and how many will show up when the fight is on.
