ReplyDeleteThere we're three robbery attempts over in Hyde Park - 39th and Troost area a few days ago. No one got hurt and I think they caught the guys. They tried to rob a couple coming home in a cab right in front of their house at 1:00 AM or so at 41st and Campbell.

ReplyDeleteDefenders of black peoples ridiculous behavior riddle me this: Last night there were thousands more white people out drinking in bars than black people. Yet not one shooting in any of these places that the white folk drink at. Was there a fight or two? Probably, I'm guessing. But no shootings. And it's always like this. Why is that? Why a bar would cater to black people is beyond me. They smoke a shit load of weed before they get there so they drink very little Hennessy. We all know they don't tip. And without a shred of doubt, there will be a shooting at some point. You're better off taking the Goodfellas way out and lighting a match for the insurance money.

Ron Hunt...the very same person who shook down Councilman Brooks for $15 grand of the taxpayer's money in exchange for not publicizing his sleazy selfies.
Gwen Grant on KCPT and quoted in the Star; Ron Hunt on TV; community activists by the dozen holding press conferences; revs with vigils and picnics; Councilman Reed accusing the police of profiling in the Plaza; not to mention the usual suspects hanging around city hall, the courthouse, and the school district.
Where's any effort by all these "leaders" to use what self-importance and influence they may have to start helping to cooperate with the cops and round uup the thugs who are regularly terrorizing neighborhoods in their community instead of blaming everyone else and looking for the next grant opportunity?
And when will the foundations, corporations, and governments stop funding theseindividuals and organizations?
It's all heading south at an accelerating pace.
