  1. And this is different from pot legalization in CO nullifying federal law how?

  2. It's dumb instead if smart. Rethuglican laws restrict personal freedom not expand it. The laws are written by morons elected by rural nitwits with no understanding of the constitution or the American legal framework. Shit like that.

  3. NFL looking to emulate Bowe and use pot to treat brain injuries. Call this years Superbowl Smoke a bowl, since Washington and Colorado teams are playing.
Other states will watch the tax revenue flood in and be green with envy (yes, there is a strain called just that) and the floodgates will open.

  4. University of Missouri-Columbia already has a very good Horticulture program. They should leverage that into Cannibus/Medical research from the thousands of strains of pot out there. Attract all the leading pharm research-maybe thru the UMKC school of Pharmacology?
Let's start thinking about our future here people!

  5. Of the Missouri Legislature spent as much time making sure they aren't stomping all over the U.S. Constitution and are actually protecting the rights of Missouri citizens perhaps it would not look like a pack of batshit crazy rednecks across the nation. Doesn't make a lick of sense for then to be blowing the states rights bugle while fucking over its own citizens behind the scenes. When numbnuts Missourians wake up to what the hell has been going on in Jeff City maybe the lethargic ass holes will stand up for their own rights for a change.

  6. if the lawmakers had any balls they would put the pot issue up for a public vote.

I have lived in a number of east coast states, Cali, Colo, Okla, and Texas. Missouri has more stupid ass laws than any of those states. Missouri will vote dead ass against their own interests. Election after election. Roy Blunt your US Senator. Hell, he has not lived in Missouri for years. He is married to one of the highest paid lobbyist in the country. Missouri values....my ass. Roy is a sell-out yet Missouri will vote for him, election after election. Back to the pot issue. $$$$$$$$$ enough said.
