A damn shame the Missouri Utilities Commission is corrupt and in bed with the corporations. While the poor and elderly freeze their butts off the Commission does nothing except regulate consumers and give the utilities a pass. Bastards!~

Sidewalk snow. Here in River Market sidewalks in front of private properties are fine. Sidewalks adjacent to City properties remain untouched. CID use to do them for the City, but they have lost interest the last few years.
