I'm sure Browndouche is completely in favor of the ruling though. It's pretty hard to attract outside business when everybody thinks your insane.

ReplyDeleteThose two women wanted to have a kid so let them both be responsible for raising it just as a normal relationship would be. These Gay relationships are always saying they should have equal rights well then here is a chance to have them.
This ruling is as stupid as if a bank robber goes and buys a used car from you, then robs the bank and the judge says you are to be charged as well since it was your car once.

No, the couple did not want a child, they merely wanted to push the envelope and see what they could get. They wanted to impress thier friends and make a name for themselves in their community. The donor had no better intentions. He wanted to demonstrate how " liberal" he is and impress his friends. And who believes that he was just trolling Craig's List one day and ran across a plea for a sperm donor from a lesbian couple, turned to his wife and said, "Honey, here's an idea!"
