    The City Hall regime cannot be shamed by anything. They just do what they want because there are never any repurcussions from the voters. Most of KC is totally unaware a streetcar is even being built.

    11:00 is right, which is why I tend to focus on the issue and get hyperbolic at times.

    I feel that because of the efforts of some very vocal critics, we've educated a lot of people on the issue. Many who were previously indifferent have approached me to let me know how disgusted they are by the corrupted process.
