Fun fact: The constant complaint in this town is that the average resident can't bargain down their own ticket to a lesser charge with double the fine . . . Nobody objects to this common municipal admission that justice comes at a price . . . But building a legal fee into the equation to support an entire class of lawyers seems a bit excessive. On the other hand, the lawyers who fix tickets for a living are usually the most fun and some of the most KICK-ASS TKC TIPSTERS who are more connected than most people realize!!!
