Either way . . . What's clear is that NOBODY IN KANSAS CITY HAS THE SOLUTION TO FIX THE KCPS . . . And what seems to be the most important concern is to hold on to administrative jobs and sweet contracts for an institution that have faced long term decline and abandonment over the course of a generation.
