  3. Yep. A few years ago the black superintendent of the Cleveland,OH schools was on TV bitching that his schools were empty. They were empty because, and I'm paraphrasing, "all of his welfare students are out getting new $200 Jordans." Fucking pathetic. I can't help but notice at the bus stop on Troost how many kids are wearing about $400 worth of clothing. And they have a nicer cell phone than I do. Dumb asses paying $250 for an ugly shoe produced in China for $10. Reminds me of the rappers and athletes that pay $300,000 for jewelry that if the jeweler paid about $20,000. It's all about status so they can show people who really understand the world how dumb they are.

  9. 13 per centers fighting each other over sneakers made for next to nothing in china? What a shocker....this doesn't happen at least several times a year....Are shoe store employees going to be issued tasers and nightsticks by management in the near future to deal with these kind of unpleasant situations? I have yet to hear of riots and fights over skateboarding shoes and work boots....I guess this qualifies as season's beatings...

  10. This behavior is a direct result of slavery.

During slavery days the blacks were not allowed to have Air Jordan's, so all that pent up emotion is bursting forth in a hip, vibrant, culturally enriching display of modern-day African American shopping habits.

  11. 9:01 That link is f-ing classic. I bet she was one of the phone operators in Atlanta for the 1996 Olympics. If you've never been to Atlanta, it's kind of black. OK, it's almost all black. Anyways, said phone operators kept telling people from New Mexico trying to order tickets (remember, this is before the internet) they had to call their OWN country and would not let them order tickets. Managers eventually had to place a list of states by the phones for the operators. Of course they were assuming they operators could read the list which I think could be a stretch.

  13. This reminds me of when I was little and my grandfather would drive my cousins and me through a black part of town to a particular restaurant we liked. The blacks' houses would be boarded up and falling in, but there would be a pimped out new Cadillac in the driveway. My grandfather would laugh and say "They're living N-rich in Silver Spring." Why is it that blacks are always drawn to flashy cars and brands that they think represent wealth, when everyone knows most of them are dirt poor and on government assistance?
