KCTV5 reports that this town's excuse for a football team is already in a losing state of mind: Chiefs coach Andy Reid says he hasn't decided whether to rest his starters on Sunday against San Diego, even though Kansas City has nothing to gain by winning the game.

Andy can't rest the starters. NBA Commish David Stern will fine him at least $25,000 if he does.
