ReplyDeleteIs Von Maur still considering that mall as well? I think they wanted some crazy TIF for it; Zona Rosa/Skyview sucked all the life out of that part of Barry Road; it needs a major retailer to bring business back.
ReplyDeleteThere are probably better locations like the old Best Buy or Circuit City locations, (although I suppose those are larger than what they're looking for.)
607, the old Best Buy on Barry Rd is about to become another Power Play Amusement Center like the one in Shawnee.

ReplyDeleteTrader Joe's at Metro North, please don't do this. If you Want pull in Kansas shoppers don't build it at this wasteland. Rather drive to Ward than Metro North.
