MZU SUX- confirmed by court! (again)
As you may recall, I have posted several times regarding my legal battle to retain my Missouri personalized license plates (MZU SUX). I have had them for approx 4 years.
Approximately 2 years ago, I received a notice from the Missouri Department of Revenue, stating the plates were being recalled because they were "obscene". I chose to fight it and filed to retain them.
After the filing on several briefs on the matter, I then had to appear at a hearing commission in Jeff City approx 1.5 years ago. Acting Pro Se, I made my case that the word "sux" meant "inferior in nature", thus my opinion that "Mizzou Sucks". The DOR argued that "sucks" meant "performing the act of fellatio."
Well, several months later, the commission ruled in my favor. Yippee. Unfortunately, the DOR appealed the ruling. After many more briefs, I had to appear before the Missouri Court of Appeals.
So, a couple months ago I appeared at the Court of Appeals in KC. Again, acting Pro Se, I made my case.
I found out today that I WON AGAIN. The court ruled that the original ruling was a statement of fact, and could not be overturned. ROCK CHALK, BICHEZ
