Again, the trend that nobody talks about here is that Indy PD often credit KCMO crime "displacement" for their recent violence spike . . .
So ramming an empty police cruiser makes this a good shooting? I think not. Oh yes, I forgot! In Missouri if a firecracker goes off within ten miles it would be a justifiable police shooting.
